Pastured Pork &
Grassfed Beef
About Us
For over a decade, our family has been raising pastured, grass fed, livestock supplemented with a non-GMO feed ration.
Pastured + Pigs = a bit of a mess, but from when the pigs arrive - around 30 pounds in the Spring, until when they finish - around 300 pounds at the end of the year, we will have used rotational "grazing" and frequent overseeding to maintain ground cover as best as possible. Shagbark hickory trees surround the area the pigs occupy so the sound of Fall includes the crunching of hundreds of pounds of shagbark nuts. The pigs enjoy a non-GMO grain ration.
The cattle are in our north pasture - in 2025 we installed new fence, built a new shelter, and created a stream water access in order to bring cattle onto the farm. The boys are grass fed - with good pasture in season and hay when out of season - and non-GMO grain finished. Mixed beef quarters will be available late April/early May 2026.
